"5 years ago we embarked on our journey with 93FT to create our dream space/ our Sardinian home from home that we now call Domo . One of the most amazing parts of the whole process was the fact we were able to work so closely with the incredible team at Made by Hands in producing as many bespoke pieces as we could to really bring character and authenticity into our project. From tables to light fixtures Made by Hands ended up making it all, we were fully involved in every step and the end result was exceptional. 5 years later we’re about to start our second journey with the team and couldn’t be more excited!"
Sarah ElliotThe designers envisioned a dining experience that was both inviting and true to Sicilian culture. Our team meticulously fabricated and fitted every element of the restaurant, from the shell works to the upholstery, ensuring the space was not only brought up to scratch on a functional level, but also full of character and charm.
We embraced the existing industrial features of the steel works, preserving the character of the old building while integrating rustic Sicilian design elements. The space includes hand-crafted wooden furniture, warm, earthy tones, and vintage décor to create an atmosphere that transports guests to the heart of Sicily. Every detail, from the lighting to the flooring, was crafted and curated to evoke the timeless beauty of traditional Sicily.
From custom-made tables to handcrafted shelving, every piece was made with care and attention to detail. We worked closely with the client to ensure that each element, maintaining an authentic and comfortable atmosphere for diners.
From a disused ex-travel agents, we transformed every inch of this space in a prime location in the heart of Kensington, London.
